You’re passionate about coaching. You love the difference you make to your clients, and see the changes that ripples out into their world, their relationships, their teams.
And yet, you know there’s more...
You sense you can make a bigger difference. More depth of transformation. More range of clients. More reach. There’s a version of your work that takes your clients deeper and that reaches the people you really want to reach.
You feel it in the gap between the coach you are and the practice you want. You get results, real ones, but not enough of the right clients coming to you. Or you’re working with people who can’t yet pay what your work is truly worth. Or you’re good at what you do, and it isn’t quite the work you’d love to be doing, the clients, the field, the level you know you’re made for.
You’re ambitious for your own growth, and ambitious for the people you serve. You understand, better than most, that you can only take a client as deep as you’ve gone yourself. So you keep doing your own work. Because you know that’s the work. And you know that building a business you love, one that thrives and gives you everything you want from this life, asks the same of you.
You also know that out here, doing your own deep work while you hold everyone else’s, there are few people who really understand the journey. The further you go, the rarer they become. Peers who get it. Who are up for it. Who want to go beyond what they think is possible too.
That’s why you’re here.
This is not about fixing anything. It's about going deeper, for your transformation and your clients.
Softness is the state of being awake and available, using only as much effort as is needed. For a coach, that changes everything. You begin to experience quantum shifts, and you hold space for your clients to have their own.
Not another method or technique. A way of working that’s finally, unmistakably yours.
There is something that happens when coaches come together to do their own work that doesn't happen anywhere else.
You spend your days holding others. In The Space, you are held.
You're among coaches reaching for the same stretch you are, people whose growth sparks your own, who understand the journey and are up for it, who, like you, want to go beyond what they think is possible.
Softness is relational. As we soften with each other, we appreciate. As we hold space for each other, we deepen our understanding of what it actually takes to hold another human being. We practice presence, non-reactivity and truth, not in theory, but in the living reality of being witnessed by people showing up for exactly the reason you are.
The group is the practice. And for a coach, the group is also the teacher. Every session you receive teaches you something about the one you give.
A year matters because real change needs time to land. Not a glimpse. Not a good weekend. A sustained shift that doesn't change back, until it's simply who you are, and how you work, as natural as breathing.
Over the year, you will be seen. You will see others. And in that seeing, something in you will soften that might never have softened alone.
Imagine giving yourself the time and space to create your softer way to living, loving, leading and succeeding.

We're Paula and Ellen, co-founders of The Softness Revolution.
For over twenty years, we've worked with leaders in and out of organisations and across every sector.
Paula is experienced in leading leadership programmes and coaching people at the top of their fields, from CEOs and directors of major institutions to Oscar-winning creatives, bestselling writers and scientists. Different worlds, same pattern. The striving. The ceiling. The thing quietly getting in the way. Softness is what we came to call the way through.
After stepping away from her corporate life, Ellen brings a sharp background in business and sales, and has much experience in building both sales and leadership teams. She bring a powerfully creative orientation to people in business, and has a a gift for making the harder edges of leadership feel clear, true and effective.
We know what it takes to succeed. And we know what most high achievers are never taught: that the way beyond the ceiling isn't more force. It's a softer, more powerful way to lead, and to live.
That's what we hold the space for.

The deep inner knowing that is always present, in you and in your client. For a coach, two things at once: leading from your own truth rather than your training, and holding the space for your client to reach and trust their own deep inner wisdom. The work moves from your insight to their knowing.

The pause that changes everything. The space you hold is the work. Only when you’re spacious enough yourself can you hear what your client really needs, rather than rushing to the next question. And it’s something you teach them to value too: the external space to slow down, and the internal space between thoughts where their own clarity opens up.

The backbone of creativity. Structure is what holds the creative tension, the gap between where your client is and what they’re reaching for, so it becomes the force that propels them forward. And it’s something you pass on: teaching your clients the fundamentals of structure for creating what they want and living the way they intend.

We are relational by nature. Coaching is synergy, you and your client creating something neither could alone.
In a room of coaches reaching for the same stretch, that same intelligence multiplies what each of us brings and makes creating possible the seemingly impossible.

Not weakness. Strength. The most powerful force available to us. The coach who has stopped forcing their own growth stops forcing their client’s, and that’s when the real shift becomes inevitable, theirs and yours. And you support your client to do the same: to be awake and available, using only as much effort as is required.
