Ellen spent twenty years in sales, building both sales and leadership teams inside corporate business. That grounding is still core to how she works, she deals in what actually moves people and businesses, not just what sounds good in a session. Her focus is what she calls a Lush Life, success that doesn't need a holiday to recover from.

That grounding is still core to how she works, she deals in what actually moves people and businesses, not just what sounds good in a session. Her focus is what she calls a Lush Life, success that doesn't need a holiday to recover from. She works from intuition, trusting it as the most reliable guide any of us have.
When she's not coaching or leading retreats, Ellen is out living it, sailing the ocean, or out on her horse living her own lush life that so inspires her clients.
Since leaving her corporate role seven years ago, she has guided hundreds of people back to what genuinely brings them joy and fulfilment.
Ellen also coaches under her own name, Expanding Possibilities.

Paula has spent over twenty years coaching leaders, entrepreneurs and creatives, across sectors from retail and media to the creative industries, from small startups to executive corporate leadership. What brought her here was a fascination with human behaviour, sharpened by an academic background. That same curiosity, what makes people thrive, what makes them stall, is still the engine behind how she works. She works from presence, not performance, helping clients access the wisdom that's already there, beneath the noise of what they think they should know and how they should be.
When she's not coaching or writing, Paula is nearly always with her horse, doing the same work in the arena that she brings to every session, the work that first showed her what Softness actually is. She doesn't just teach it. She lives it.
Paula also coaches under her own name, Beyond Knowing.
